It's less than 24hours before we leave for the airport (19hrs to be exact...but who's counting) and we're not packed yet. HOWEVER, little pumpkin doodle will have a place to lay her sweet head when she gets back. Ah, yes...gotta keep my priorities straight...and pack eventually! :)

WHERE'S THE LLAMA?????????
ReplyDeleteLove the glider cover!! Get packing!! :)
ReplyDeleteAwww..that really is beautiful. But what's REALLY beautiful is that this little girl, who has had no one to love her, is already so cherished and WANTED.
ReplyDeleteI could cry I'm so happy for her future...the future she doesn't even have any IDEA about right now!
Thank goodness you're going for her.
Safe Travels my friend :)

Oh, I'm so much like you. I'd finish the room before packing, too! It turned out so adorable. I love the names on the wall!
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited for you that I'm about to pop. I hope you have internet service because I'll probably be checking your blog frequently for updates. I love happy endings and blessed beginnings.
I'll continue to cover you in prayer as you all travel, as you meet your daughter for the first time, as you help Nadia understand that she's loved and cherished. Thanks for your obedience in caring for orphans.
God Bless,
Kathie

FABULOUS changes my dear friend. Oh my goodness, I have been thinking about you sooooooooo much. I would call this morning, but I KNOW things must be CRAZY!!!!! Know that you are in my heart, thoughts and prayers as you leave today. I cannot wait to read that you are in the Ukraine. I'll be traveling with you every step of the way. I am so excited for you, dear friend. I cannot wait for the post that says you have met your newest angel. Have the best time and make the most of the time you have in the Ukraine. Love you millions and can't wait to see you at the end of June :)

ReplyDeleteOMYGOODNESS!!! You're leaving for the airport in a little bit more then 2 hrs.!!!!! It's finally here!! All the papers and obstacles and more papers and more obstacles have paid off!! You're at the light at the end of the tunnel!!! YAYAYAYA!!!
This is something easily said AFTERWARDS by many of us who have embarked on the adoption journey...but wish we had LIVED in the midst of the journey...ENJOY EVERY MINUTE of this God-ordained adventure and soak up the knowledge and assurance of being in the bullseye of God's Will! This stepping up and stepping out by you and Jim pleases the Lord. This is all for His Glory, ultimately. But, in His grace and mercy, a little girl and a family receive blessing upon blessing as well. It is perfect! Not easy, but perfect!
ReplyDeleteGodspeed! Praying you 5 back home safely!
